At Tall Tree Manning, our rooftop garden and purpose-built learning spaces inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection. In this role, you will lead a room of educators, guiding and supporting them to deliver high-quality learning programs.

Your Role:

• Lead a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences.
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Bring your ideas, creativity, and professional knowledge to continually enhance the program.

About You:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach
• Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
• Full Australian working rights
