The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role focuses purely on candidate management, service delivery and client support - zero sales required.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our Hallam recruitment team your main duties will include:
- Sourcing and onboarding candidates for a variety of opportunities
- Running individual and group interviews (online and/or face-to-face)
- Ensuring all documentation, pre-employment checks, compliance checks, inductions and training are completed and recorded
- Partnering with clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs and challenges (no sales required!)
- Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
- Database management of candidate, client and job information
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Achieving operational and customer service excellence, meeting time-to-fill targets and excelling in candidate and client care
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following
- 1 year+ previous recruitment experience
- FastTrack 360 experience (a bonus, not a must)
- Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Driven, self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
