Immediate Starts Available - Springwood, QLD

Full Time Roles

$28.48 - $34.18 p/hr (including shift penalties) + Overtime Opportunities!

Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable Full Time Production Operators to join our fast-paced team in Springwood.

We have multiple opportunites across our Rolls and Bread departments and in several areas - Packing, Production & Weigh Up!

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Record production data and report any issues

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Great communication & team player
• Physically fit (can lift up to 20kgs)
