About the role..

In this role, you will join our supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care.
  • Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions.
  • Support community-based initiatives and health promotion programs where required.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships to support long-term health outcomes.

Professional development is a priority here, with regular in-services, mentoring from senior Physiotherapists, and opportunities for both in-house and external Pilates training.

You'll enjoy a diverse caseload that includes:

  • Acute musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injuries.
  • Post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
  • Hand therapy and work injuries.
  • NDIS clients, as well as floor and studio Pilates.

  • Tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy (essential)
  • Current AHPRA registration (essential)
  • APA Membership (desirable)
  • Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care
  • Experience building long lasting patient relationships
