Occupational Therapist | Paediatrics | Melbourne

We're partnering with a private practice in Melbourne that has developed a strong paediatric service, without losing the personal feel that often disappears as clinics grow.

What Your Work Will Feel Like

• A consistent paediatric caseload — not diluted with unrelated work
• Sessions that allow time for engagement, not just task completion
• Strong parent/carer involvement and collaborative goal setting
• A clinic environment designed with kids (and clinicians) in mind

The team

You'll be surrounded by OTs who enjoy paediatrics — people who share ideas, support each other, and understand that this work can be both rewarding and demanding.

There's structure when you need it, but no rigid "this is how you must do things" approach.
