Orbit Homes is now hiring a New Homes Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a performance leadership role.
We are seeking a proven, high-performing sales leader who knows how to build momentum, drive accountability and lift standards across an entire region. Someone who does not blame market conditions. Someone who understands that growth comes from leadership, structure and disciplined execution.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day leadership, performance and culture of our retail sales team within one of Melbourne’s key growth corridors. Your mission will be clear: grow sales rate, increase market share and build a high-performance team that consistently delivers results.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Recruiting and developing top-tier sales professionals
- Driving consistent monthly performance through coaching, pipeline management and accountability
- Building a culture of ownership, urgency and excellence
- Securing and maximising land opportunities to support regional growth
- Conducting competitor analysis and using market intelligence to win work
- Leveraging social media and local activity to generate opportunities
- Delivering budget and stretching beyond it

- A demonstrated track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of residential construction
- The ability to coach, challenge and elevate those around you
- Resilience and focus in competitive market conditions
