The Role

You’ll be working collaboratively with a passionate, purpose driven and product proud Marketing Team, and this role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Kit. 

Collaborating closely with the marketing team to manage the day-to-day administration of marketing campaigns, you will apply your excellent communication skills and creative mindset to help the team create the best outcomes from our campaigns.

As a forward-thinking marketer, you’ll love the opportunity to work across many different projects and channels, leveraging your passions for Content and Community and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Day to Day you will:

  • Support in the execution of customer communications across Kit’s owned channels including lifecycle emails, website content, community engagement initiatives and social channels.
  • Develop compelling, engaging 1-1 communications and campaigns, that target our key customer segments and drive measurable results , ensuring consistent brand and product messaging across numerous touchpoints
  • Support the ongoing implementation and optimisation of Kit’s website and owned digital experiences, ensuring content is on-brand, current and customer-centric.
  • Engage and support Kit’s customer community through thoughtful, timely and brand-aligned communications and activations.
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns end to end – from briefing to content development, through to launch, optimisation and post campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally within Kit, x15ventures and CommBank, while also working with external stakeholders such as agency partners.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives and team priorities.

Experience

  • Demonstratable success in a similar role or area of study.
  • Experience using Canva and/or Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud to design and edit basic creative assets.
  • Desire to learn or experience with email marketing with an email marketing automation platform / CRM like Marketo/HubSpot.
  • Strong copywriting skills to contribute to social media posts, blogs, emails and other written assets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and prioritise workload.
  • Experience assisting with end-to-end campaign management including design and reporting.
  • Curious and hands-on, always looking for ‘better’ with a bias to experimenting to find the right answer.
  • Strong passion for creativity, content and community building.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in high paced environments, managing multiple complex projects.
