Kanda is looking for a passionate Learning and Development Trainer to deliver impactful training programs and strengthen capability across our expanding organisation. This full-time, Brisbane-based role involves facilitating core learning programs, creating innovative training resources, and maintaining accurate records & documentation.
Responsibilities or duties
- Design and deliver engaging training programs across virtual and face-to-face formats
- Facilitate learning (including Practice Essentials) using varied methods to build capability, confidence, and safe practice
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training solutions
- Maintain accurate training records, report on mandatory requirements, and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
- Support L&D operations including scheduling, resource management, and continuous improvement
- A core requirement of this role will also see you travelling across QLD and interstate to deliver learning programs.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, T&A or similar role (ideally in the community services sector)
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
- Skilled in designing and developing effective learning resources
- Strong attention to detail with high digital literacy and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Current valid Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check
Experience needed
Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, T&A or similar role (ideally in the community services sector)
