About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a Hire Yard Operations Technician to join our branch in Hume.
You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks associated with the preparation and return of our modular hire fleet; key duties will include:
- Forklift operation to load / unload materials and buildings.
- Prepare, clean and pack buildings for hire and transit.
- Stock takes of assets as required.
- Identify and conduct basic repairs and maintenance.
- Processing paperwork including the documentation of outgoing and incoming assets.
This position will be offered as a permanent, full-time position; Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm.
About You:
- Current Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Ability to use hand tools to carry out basic maintenance tasks.
- Customer service skills.
- Basic-intermediate computer skills.
- Knowledge of building, construction or modular industries is highly regarded.
