Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a creative agency for a Head of People and Culture (HR Manager) role based in Western Sydney. The role will lead the People and Culture (‘P&C’) function and team responsible for partnering with leaders in the business, developing and implementing P&C Strategies in line with people, business and commercial goals. This role will look after all verticals in P&C including payroll, learning and development, organisational development, and Work Health and Safety in its remit.
