RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and design proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Lead requisition creation, candidate pipeline development, and recruitment activities.
  • Hands-on the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including pre-arrival preparation, immigration coordination, first-day orientation, and probation confirmation.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline of qualified professionals in TW real estate.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as required.

HR Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and comply with local labor laws.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services, such as medical benefits administration, Employment compensation Insurance, and ect.

Regulatory Compliance Projects (Taiwan)

  • Lead and manage statutory labor–management meeting processes in accordance with Taiwan labor regulations, including agenda planning, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Implement company policies and procedures in compliance with the Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, including reporting channels, investigation procedures, and training programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending action plans.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster collaboration, and strengthen cohesion, particularly among new-generation employees.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant experience in talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and designing talent strategies.
  • Strong experience in compliance and HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Taiwan labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and people systems, especially Workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
