Glenvill Housing

At Glenvill, our simple promise is to create bold and beautiful homes that stand the test of time. Guided by intergenerational design and craftsmanship, our homes are built to deliver lasting value for generations to come.

Our reputation for innovation comes not only from what we create, but how we think — curious, collaborative and open-minded. We work closely with makers, thinkers and partners across disciplines to continuously evolve how we show up in market.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be part of creating visually compelling and on-brand assets that elevate our campaigns, collateral, digital presence, and customer experience.

You’ll be working across three distinct brands, each with its own identity, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, well-executed design. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, with a strong focus on rolling out creative across multiple touchpoints—so an eye for consistency and a willingness to refine and perfect your work is key.

You’ll collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team and stakeholders to support brand, content, and campaign activity across digital, print, and in-display environments. It’s a great opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to meaningful, high-quality design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and roll out creative assets across marketing campaigns, digital advertising, email marketing, signage, sales collateral, events and more
  • Adapt and refine existing creative for different formats, platforms, and audiences (including ongoing updates and optimisations)
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands, ensuring all outputs align with guidelines and standards
  • Support the creation and upkeep of templates, brand assets, and design systems
  • Assist with production-ready artwork and prepare files for print and digital use
  • Work across multiple briefs at once, managing timelines and delivering to a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborate with content, brand, and performance teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Stay across design trends and contribute ideas where appropriate

About You:

  • A degree in Graphic/Communication Design or equivalent industry experience
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a design role, ideally across digital and print. Experience designing for Meta ads is favourable.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates solid fundamentals and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), and ideally Figma.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to take a brief and work it through, asking questions and refining along the way
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on feedback
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a pride in getting the small things right

Benefits and perks

Genuinely warm, the culture is focused around treating our people, suppliers and customers with care. Generous remuneration package along with ample opportunities for professional development to support long term career growth. In addition, we're excited to have relocated to our brand new Bourke Street - Docklands location, featuring state of the art facilities and modern working environment. Conveniently located close to public transport and offering a range of other amenities, to take your career to the next level whilst enjoying a fantastic work-life balance.

Please note that you must have full Australian working rights and only shortlisted candidates meeting the requirements noted above will be contacted.
