EARTH AI is looking for a graduate-level geologist to join our growing operations team and support the search for new critical mineral deposits in New South Wales and the Northern Territory. In this role, you’ll help analyse prospective areas and be involved in planning and carrying out field programs. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of geologists and engineers who are dedicated to transforming the future of mineral exploration.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting geophysical surveys, soil and rock sampling, sample analysis using special equipment and geological mapping and other relevant data collection.
- Maintaining the industry-best processes & practices for exploration activities.
- Set and comply with QAQC standards for geological data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Promotion of safety mindset and professional excellence with colleagues and outsiders
- Cooperation with other staff or contractors performing geology-related
- Undertaking extensive fieldwork in remote areas, including camping on-site for extended periods, to collect high-quality geological data and support ongoing exploration programs.
- Taking charge of land access, including approvals, stakeholder liaison, and regulatory compliance.
What’s essential:
- BSc Majoring in Geology;
- Field/outdoor experience;
- Excellent knowledge of geological features, as well as the ability to understand the geology of an area;
- Sydney based or willing to relocate to Sydney;
- Available to commence work immediately;
What’s in it for you:
- Competitive compensation package, plus quarterly performance bonus;
- Team lunches;
- Company retreats;
- Professional development, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field and is eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world exploration. You’ll be part of a team that values curiosity, precision, and resilience - working in remote locations, collecting critical data, and directly contributing to the discovery of new mineral deposits. If you’re ready to get your boots dirty and grow your skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
