About the role
The Virgin Australia Lounge has recently seen a significant increase in travellers and as the Food & Beverage contractor of these Lounges, Trippas White group currently has opportunities with each team member working in a variety of positions including baristas, service, catering, clearing, and wash-room.
This is a rare opportunity to join and represent an iconic international brand. Our mission is to deliver a high-quality food and beverage experience for Virgin Australia, whilst engaging with their most highly valued lounge guests.
Virgin Lounges open early, and shifts can be as early as 5.00am across 7 days of the week, with shift patterns varying across Lounge opening hours. Availability is rewarded with opportunity to work across multiple shifts, with closing shifts approx. 21.00pm.
Your own transport is a must.
About You
You are a positive minded individual who takes pride in your appearance and presents well. You are socially confident and would be comfortable engaging with both customers and guests (front of house roles). Self-motivation and passion come together to harness high standards of customer engagement in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of OH&S and food hygiene. An RSA certificate is required, in combination with your ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
On-site training is available for those with the drive to learn new skills, and if you are experienced, this will help support and drive the team to meet and exceed the expectations of Virgin Australia and their guests.
