About the role
Reporting to the ERP Systems Manager, the ERP Analyst supports and optimises the JD Edwards (JDE) platform across the business. Acting as the link between business users, technical teams, and external partners, you will ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
This role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting users, coordinating enhancements, and ensuring the ERP system meets evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily support across JDE modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in line with SLAs.
- Manage and triage support tickets, including vendor escalation.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and SIT/UAT testing.
- Develop and maintain reports (e.g. ReportsNow or similar tools).
- Support integrations with third-party systems.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and SOPs.
- Gather business requirements and translate into system solutions.
- Contribute to enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and support audits/optimisation.
About you
- Proven experience as a JD Edwards (JDE) Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of OMW, Orchestrator, and UDOs.
- Experience supporting ERP systems in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Experience with integrations and third-party applications.
- Exposure to upgrades, testing, and change management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. ReportsNow) is desirable.
