About this role:
Kanda is looking for a Domestic Assistant / Cleaner to assist our elderly clients continue to live, supported in their own homes. Depending on the needs of our clients duties can include light cleaning, deep cleaning, grocery shopping and various household tasks. The most suitable candidate is a compassionate individual who is genuinely interested in making a positive impact on the day to day lives of our clients and has their own vehicle to travel throughout the Brisbane Bayside area.
Typically you will be visiting multiple clients in different locations throughout your shift therefore it is essential you have your own car. Availability for Tuesday and Thursday shifts is essential, availability outside of these days is beneficial but not required.

The following are essential in order to progress your application:
- Experience, in a comparable role
- Reliable motor vehicle - ESSENTIAL
- Current driver's licence, car registration and car insurance
- National Police Clearance Check completed within last 12 months
- Passport and/or birth certificate (proof of Australian Working Rights)
- Current Blue Card
- Evidence of Covid Vaccination (2 x doses essential for work in the aged care sector)
