Based in Brisbane, this 12 month Fixed Term Contract role provides exposure to executive decision-making within a large, values-driven organisation undergoing continued evolution and transformation.
The role
This role provides end-to-end finance leadership for a large property-focused division supporting aged care and living services. Acting as a trusted partner to senior operational and executive leaders, you will drive financial performance, strengthen governance and support strategic investment and growth initiatives across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning and forecasting across a large property portfolio
- Partner with senior leaders to support investment, development and optimisation decisions
- Oversee divisional budgeting, reporting and performance insights
- Strengthen financial governance, controls and compliance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
About You
- Senior finance leadership experience in property or asset-intensive environments
- Strong commercial, investment and strategic capability
- Proven ability to partner and influence at executive level
- Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary finance teams
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification
