About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service and play a vital role in the order management cycle to our Reseller channel customers.
Some tasks as part of this role include:
- Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacity
- Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mail
- Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
- Co-ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teams
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
View for this role to develop into an Account Coordinator role
About You
- Located in or near Pinkenba
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Customer relationship management experience is highly desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience is essential
- Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable
- Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role (Mon-Fri –8.00 - 4.30pm)

- Valid Police Check
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical
