About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibility for providing a high standard of customer service and play a vital role in the order management cycle to our Reseller channel customers.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

  • Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacity
  • Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mail
  • Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
  • Co-ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teams
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects

View for this role to develop into an Account Coordinator role

About You

  • Located in or near Pinkenba
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Customer relationship management experience is highly desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience is essential
  • Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable
  • Ability to work from the Pinkenba office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role (Mon-Fri –8.00 - 4.30pm)

  • Valid Police Check
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical
