About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

  • Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone
  • Administration duties including data entry and email management
  • Picking & Packing customer orders
  • Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
  • Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
  • General warehouse duties & housekeeping when required

About You

  • Located in or near Berrinba
  • Strong administration experience
  • Prior experience in an administration role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
  • Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
  • Ability to work from the Berrinba site full time (Mon-Fri – 6am-3pm)

  • Valid Police Check
  • Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical
