About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Customer Communications and Stakeholder Manager, the Customer Communications Advisor supports the planning and delivery of communications for key strategic programs. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure communications are timely, accurate and aligned, delivering positive outcomes for customers and the community.
What you’ll deliver with us
- Deliver allocated engagement and communication activities accurately, on time, and in line with agreed plans and standards
- Support the implementation of service and change related communications aligned to the transformation agenda by preparing materials, coordinating actions, and tracking progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance quality, and improve service delivery

Help shape positive customer and community experiences by producing high-quality, accessible and engaging communications across a range of channels.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Experience working effectively in a team and collaborating across different roles and functions
