LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time Construction Labourer/Gas Field Installer to be based in Hallam, Victoria.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Manager where your role will primarily involve preparing and installing biogas extraction systems on landfills across Australia. You will be expected to work outside on the landfill, a dynamic and hazardous environment and occasional travel to intrastate and interstate landfill sites. LMS offers full in-house training for the right applicant, and construction labourers/trades are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities or duties
- Install biogas wells following drilling
- Erect manifold stations
- Place and connect flow lines to biogas wells
- Install and fill J Trap
- Bedding of trenches
- Set-up and use of laser levels
- Butt/electro fusion welding
- Support the national Biogas team, including Leading Hands, Supervisors and Managers
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Knowledge and understanding of Construction Principles (desirable)
- A team player, great work ethic, shows initiative, resilient and committed with strong communication skills
- Holds a current Australian driver’s license
- Fitness for work to perform the job role safely and competently
- Upholds LMS’ company values and culture
Experience needed
Full in-house training provided. Construction labourers/trades encouraged to apply.
