Disability Support Worker – Casual

Ready to bring energy, support, and good vibes to our service in Caringbah ? We’re looking for passionate, reliable Disability Support Workers who love making a difference and enjoy flexible weekday shifts.

About The Role

You’ll be supporting guests with:

• Personal care & daily living routines
• Community access, outings & fun activities
• Meal prep, household tasks & active support
• Medication assistance and documentation
• Supporting people with behaviours of concern using Positive Behaviour Support strategies

This is a casual role, perfect for someone who loves flexibility and variety

We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability, aged care, or community support
• Confidence supporting behaviours of concern
• A positive attitude, reliability, and great communication
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, supportive environment

You’ll Need

• NDIS Worker Check & WWCC
• First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence
• Ability to follow support plans & complete documentation
