You will play a key role in managing your own portfolio of renewals while supporting senior colleagues on larger or more complex accounts. This position offers strong exposure to a wide range of industries and the chance to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities or duties
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, taking ownership of the renewal process from start to finish
- Support senior team members with larger or more complex accounts
- Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs)
- Provide tailored insurance solutions across a range of commercial industries and policy lines
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory and company standards
- Identify opportunities to grow and retain business within your portfolio
Qualifications or requirements
- Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or working towards)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial broking or account management role
- Confident managing clients across new business, renewals, and MTA stages
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach with a commitment to delivering excellent client service
