Civil Landscaper Opportunities – 3 Positions Available

About The Role

Reporting to the Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering landscaping, maintenance, and general labour services across the project. This hands-on role involves physical outdoor work, supporting trades teams, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist tradespersons and project teams across the M5 network
• Perform general civil labouring and physically demanding manual work
• Carry out landscaping and vegetation maintenance activities
• Operate in accordance with Ventia values, safety standards, and procedures
• Participate in both day and occasional night shift operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in general civil labouring
• A current MR Licence or higher
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
• A sound understanding of WHS practices, risk management, and hazard identification

Highly Desirable

• Experience operating tractors and side-arm slasher mowers
• Previous plant operation experience, including safe use of relevant machinery
