We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef Manager who is looking for Full Time employment opportunity on a Monday – Friday position. Join and be part of an expanding team at one our corporate sites Channel 9 Mt Coot tha, Queensland. Grow with us!
The Role:
- Delivering high quality food for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures
- Efficient service delivery, which anticipates and accommodates client needs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team and stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent food presentation standards are maintained
- Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthy eating
- Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
- Stock control, including ordering, receiving & stock taking
- Overseeing the team on site
About You:
- A passion for great food, beverage and service!
- Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
- Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading by example
- A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
- Proven background of event planning and operations
- Proven ability of training and development of teams
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
