Kanda is seeking a highly organised and proactive Care Consultant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in providing customer service support and coordinating accurate rosters that support effective service delivery across our programs.
In this role, you will work closely with a dispersed team of Care Consultants and other internal teams to ensure quality customer service and workforce coverage that aligns with operational and participant needs.
Responsibilities or duties
- Deliver high-quality customer service support to frontline teams and clients
- Coordinate and maintain staff rosters to meet service and workforce needs
- Allocate shifts and manage unplanned changes to ensure coverage
- Process compliant availability, timesheets, leave, and roster updates accurately
- Ensure the best suited care teams attend to the needs of our clients and safety/quality objectives are achieved
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proven experience in a similar role within the community services sector
- Strong ability to interpret and apply the SCHADS Award
- Confident using different applications including Microsoft Office suite and rostering systems
- Excellent communications skills with a genuine commitment to supporting clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail, organisational & time management skills
- Hold a valid Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
Experience needed
Proven experience in a similar role within the community services sector.
