The Opportunity:

Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a permanent and permanent part time basis our Aged Care Facility at Kilpatrick Court - Toronto. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to work in a great team environment. You will have the opportunity to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

There are a variety of shifts available.

  • Abide by Aged Care Standards
  • Work as an effective team member

About you?

  • Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
  • Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
  • An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document resident's care/progress
