The opportunity

This is a permanent BA role for someone who gets things done. You'll work across operational, compliance and system initiatives — engaging directly with business stakeholders to understand pain points, map current-state processes, and define practical, deliverable improvements. You won't be handed a rigid playbook; you'll be trusted to shape your own approach.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitating workshops and walkthroughs to surface real business needs
• Producing process models, functional requirements and acceptance criteria that teams can actually use
• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party vendors
• Supporting testing, change control and delivery governance across multiple workstreams
• Contributing to continuous improvement well beyond project delivery

About you

• Proven BA experience across system and/or process improvement projects
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing momentum
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills — you build trust quickly
• Sharp documentation skills and high attention to detail
• A structured thinker who can communicate complex ideas simply
• Experience in a regulated industry is an advantage; financial services exposure is a bonus but not required
