A Day in the Life
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support. You will assist adults with disabilities by:
- Helping clients with personal care and daily living skills.
- Planning and attending appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development.
- Completing daily case notes, incident reports and administrative tasks.
- Working across various age groups as required.

- Competitive Pay: A base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour, plus casual and shift loadings as per the SCHADS Award and 12% super.

- A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
- A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.

- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
- Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts.
- Relevant experience in a care or support role.
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
- A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
