About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Proposals and Bids Specialist to join our growing team.

Working closely with Partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts, you will play a key role in winning new business, leading the development of high-quality proposals and supporting the end-to-end sales process. This is a highly visible role with real impact on the firm’s growth.

This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Bid & Proposal Delivery

  • Lead the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids and proposals
  • Translate technical input into clear, compelling, and client-focused responses
  • Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and align with company standards

Sales & Pipeline Support

  • Support pipeline coordination, prioritisation, and tracking of opportunities
  • Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and overall sales activity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data

Collateral & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain a best-in-class library of sales and marketing collateral
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all materials
  • Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and content

About You

You bring the following experience and skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in bid writing, proposals, or similar roles within consulting, professional services, or B2B environments.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
