About the Role:
Tall Tree Outside School Care is launching a new service at Sorrento Primary School and is seeking a confident, curriculum-driven Assistant Manager / Education Leader to help shape it from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine hands-on leadership with strong curriculum development, supporting the OSHC Manager to deliver high-quality programs aligned with My Time, Our Place.
Ideal for an experienced OSHC professional passionate about creating inclusive, engaging environments for school-aged children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the OSHC Manager with daily operations, staffing, and administration
- Lead, mentor, and coach educators to deliver fun, engaging programs
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, MTOP, and relevant regulations
- Create safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments
- Conduct observations, documentation, and reporting of children’s learning

About You:
- Certificate III or IV in School-Aged Care, Early Childhood Education, or related field (or higher)
- Extensive OSHC experience with strong knowledge of MTOP, NQF, and NQS
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Available for split shifts and school holiday programs
- Passionate about children’s learning and professional growth
