Background
Join our 2027 NextGen Nestlé Graduate Program and become a future leader in Supply Chain commencing January 2027. At Nestlé, we believe in nurturing exceptional talent and providing endless opportunities for growth and development. As part of our program, you will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment, gaining practical, hands-on experience in a flexible work setting. With a portfolio of international and local brands such as NESCAFÉ, PURINA, MAGGI, KIT KAT, UNCLE TOBYS, and MILO, you'll play a hands-on role in the planning, production, and distribution of products consumers love — working across Nestlé's supply chain operations and manufacturing sites throughout Australia and New Zealand, with our head office based in Rhodes, NSW.
A day in the life…
This program is designed for graduates who are flexible, curious, and ready to learn through experience. Your rotations will be thoughtfully structured to maximise your development while aligning with real business priorities across our Supply Chain network. Over the two-year rotational program, you'll complete a minimum of two rotations across Nestlé's sites throughout Australia and New Zealand. A willingness to relocate during your first and/or second year is essential, as these rotations are designed to give you broad exposure across key areas of our Supply Chain function, including:
- Procurement
- Demand and Supply Planning
- Physical Logistics and Transportation
- Customer Supply Chain
- Factory Supply Chain
You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in supply chain by leading projects, managing diverse stakeholders—applying your learning in real‑world, fast‑paced, and complex environments. By bringing a curious and go-getting attitude, whilst developing a strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, support high‑performing teams, and deliver outcomes with tangible impact across our operations and the broader business. Supported by a tailored learning and development plan, you’ll build your technical capability, strengthen your leadership skills, and accelerate your growth—setting you up for long‑term career success at Nestlé.
What will make you successful…
- A completed university degree — completed within the last two years or currently in your final year of study.
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency). Please note visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- A current, valid full Australian driver’s licence and confidence driving is preferred
- A genuine willingness to relocate within Australia as part of your rotations.
- A self‑motivated, flexible, innovative and adaptable mindset, combining a results‑driven approach with the ambition and capability to evolve into a future leader in a collaborative team environment.
