About the Role

Full time hours on offer, salary negotiated based on skills and experience

38-hour week (Monday to Friday) + weekend overtime available

Leadership role with full ownership of a specialised division

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction and electrical manufacturing who can take full ownership of the end-to-end build of skid-mounted systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end manufacture of skid-mounted systems
  • Oversee workshop operations including fabrication, assembly, and electrical integration
  • Coordinate schedules, labour, and workflow to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure all builds meet quality standards, client specifications, and compliance requirements
  • Lead and mentor workshop teams, driving performance and accountability
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and clients
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven experience in a workshop, construction, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in electrical systems and/or switchboard manufacturing
  • Experience overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage trades and technical teams
  • Solid understanding of workshop processes, safety, and compliance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
