About the Role
Full time hours on offer, salary negotiated based on skills and experience
38-hour week (Monday to Friday) + weekend overtime available
Leadership role with full ownership of a specialised division
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction and electrical manufacturing who can take full ownership of the end-to-end build of skid-mounted systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end manufacture of skid-mounted systems
- Oversee workshop operations including fabrication, assembly, and electrical integration
- Coordinate schedules, labour, and workflow to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all builds meet quality standards, client specifications, and compliance requirements
- Lead and mentor workshop teams, driving performance and accountability
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and clients
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
About You
- Proven experience in a workshop, construction, or manufacturing environment
- Strong background in electrical systems and/or switchboard manufacturing
- Experience overseeing projects from start to finish
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage trades and technical teams
- Solid understanding of workshop processes, safety, and compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
