About the Role
Join the ATO’s Frontline Operations group and help deliver high‑quality services that support the integrity of Australia’s tax and superannuation systems. As a Work Management Officer, you’ll coordinate scheduling, reporting, and workflow design to ensure efficient service delivery across extended operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Maintain project documentation and workflow systems
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates
- Manage real‑time operations and escalate issues as needed
- Build stakeholder relationships to improve client service
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in customer service or call centre environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow tools
- Australian Citizenship with ability to pass police check
