About the Role

Join the ATO’s Frontline Operations group and help deliver high‑quality services that support the integrity of Australia’s tax and superannuation systems. As a Work Management Officer, you’ll coordinate scheduling, reporting, and workflow design to ensure efficient service delivery across extended operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Maintain project documentation and workflow systems
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates
  • Manage real‑time operations and escalate issues as needed
  • Build stakeholder relationships to improve client service
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience in customer service or call centre environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow tools
  • Australian Citizenship with ability to pass police check
