About The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our service teams at Parramatta & Five Dock.
As our Warranty Administrator, you will support the service department by managing all warranty claims and ensuring the smooth processing of customers’ vehicles through the service department.
In this role you will:
- Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to manufacturer’s requirements
- Submitting warranty claims on-time
- Warranty reconciliation
- General administrative duties
- Follow up on outstanding claims
- Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
- Participate in on-the-job training and OEM training
- Following direction and complete tasks in line with the specified job description
- Document findings to support warranty claim entry and submission
- Determine warranty coverage and submit claims according to manufacturer guidelines
- Manage warranty parts, including returning, disposing, tagging, and storing them correctly
- Finalise warranty, costing and closing approved warranty claims and filing them correctly.

- Previous experience in a warranty, service, or administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Customer-focused and a great communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
