CARCO are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Midland.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the team with the warranty processes, working closely with manufacturers, service technicians, and the wider dealership team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. You’ll also be supported by senior administration team members as you develop in the role.
The Role:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring correct costing of repair orders
- Maintain well-organised and up-to-date warranty records across all transactions
- Liaise with customers to advise when parts have arrived and coordinate bookings for required work
- Manage parts administration, including following up outstanding parts, tracking orders, and backtracking discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Proactively resolve warranty-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
- Assist the service team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required
- Work under the guidance and support of senior administration team members
About You:
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and documentation
- Previous experience in automotive administration or warranty (desirable but not essential)
