We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Campbelltown looking after our Clintons Toyota & Lexus of Macarthur Service departments.

As an experienced warranty administrator some key responsibilities include:

• Daily entering and closing of recall campaigns
• Entering prior approvals for warranty repairs and transport assistance
• Understanding the manufacturers warranty policies and procedures in order to manage claims and ensure warranty repair orders are completed correctly
• Collaborate with Service Dept Managers and Workshop Controllers to identify improvement and training opportunities for team members
• Handle and resolve claim corrections and invoicing
• Monthly recycling and disposal of displaced warranty parts
• Support parts warranty claims and parts recovery requests

• Toyota or Lexus dealership, TUNE and SAP experience will see you at an advantage
