About the role:

Aurenne Group is looking for a hands-on Warehouse/ Supply Officer to join the close-knit team at our remote WA mining operation. If you take pride in keeping things organised, can safely operate forklifts, manage multiple priorities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in the setup and ongoing operation of the site warehouse function, developing, improving and maintaining processes, systems and procedures
  • Receipt inbound goods including unloading, unpacking, verifying and checking documentation
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through correct labelling, binning and stock rotation
  • Prepare documentation and coordinate dispatch of outbound goods
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliation activities
  • Monitor bulk consumables, reagents and critical spares
  • Ensure correct storage of repairable, rotable and insurance spares
  • Maintain a secure, well-organised warehouse facility
  • Pick and prepare stock for internal orders
  • Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers for equipment and materials
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers
  • Driving a truck to Kalgoorlie doing order and delivery runs
  • Various other activities as requested

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in mining or industrial warehouse operations
  • Strong inventory control and materials handling background
  • Experience operating forklifts and handling dangerous goods
  • HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence – essential
  • Familiarity with Pronto Xi or similar inventory systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
