We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of stock, people, and processes. This is a full time role based at Warwick Farm.
About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity targets are consistently met. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
- Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock
- Maintain accurate inventory control and stock integrity
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and labour efficiency
- Ensure WHS policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Liaise with internal departments to support operational requirements
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance management
About You:
Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage people, stock, and processes in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
- A hands-on approach with a strong safety mindset
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
