Background
We’re looking for an organised and detail‑driven Warehouse Administrator to support our high‑volume transport and logistics operation at Primo Foods’ Wacol site. In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our distribution processes running smoothly — with a strong focus on pallet control, transport documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a key part of daily operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end pallet movements using CHEP, Loscam, or similar pooling systems
- Accurately record, track, and reconcile pallet transactions daily, weekly, and monthly
- Investigate pallet variances and resolve discrepancies with carriers, warehouse teams, customers, and pooling providers
- Support pallet audits and ensure compliance with hire agreements to minimise pallet costs
- Process delivery documentation including PODs, consignment notes, and freight paperwork
- Assist with dispatch coordination and transport scheduling
- Maintain accurate transport and pallet data in SAP and transport management systems (TMS)
- Assist with freight invoice checking and discrepancy follow‑up
- Liaise with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery and pallet issues quickly
- Generate reporting for pallet and transport activities
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic filing systems
- Support WHS, food safety, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the transport and logistics operation

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in transport, logistics, or warehouse administration (FMCG experience highly regarded)
- Strong pallet control experience using CHEP, Loscam, or similar systems
- High attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and problem‑solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/TMS systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, organised, and resilient approach in a fast‑paced environment
