The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Volunteer Support / Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. This role will provide essential administrative support to our volunteer program, ensuring the smooth operation of volunteer services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of volunteers.
  • Maintain volunteer records and databases.
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules and placements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Respond to volunteer inquiries and provide information.
  • Assist with the organisation of volunteer events and training.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A passion for supporting community services and volunteering.
