About The Role
Currently we are looking for a Valet/Driveway Attendant to join the team at Bespoke.
As our Valet/Driveway Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe, professional, and friendly transport service that enhances the overall customer experience.
In this role you will:
- Deliver and recover cars to and from customers
- Refuel vehicles as required
- Drive customer cars or the dealership’s customer bus
- Be an ambassador for the dealership at all times
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner with customers
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Current and valid Australian driver’s licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Basic knowledge of motor vehicles
- Ability to multi-task and priorities workloads
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer transport is preferred but not required
