This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader ready to take ownership of a high‑quality used vehicle operation within a trusted, long‑established Toyota dealership.

Your Impact in This Role

As the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop a strong sales team while driving consistent results and exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Used Vehicle Sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Driving profitability through stock management, pricing strategy, and performance analysis
• Fostering a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture
• Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Ensuring compliance with dealership standards, processes, and manufacturer guidelines
• Contributing to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the dealership

What We’re Looking For

• Current Yard Manager’s Licence
• WA Manual Driver’s Licence
• Proven success in automotive sales leadership
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
• Sound financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
• A professional, driven, and customer‑focused leadership style
