About the Role:
A rare New opportunity is available at our Audi Five Dock dealership for an experienced Used Sales Manager. With extensive management experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer-service that aligns with the brand, you will drive the success of our Used Car department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Used Vehicle Sales team
- Oversee retail used car sales inventory
- Innovate sales advertising and lead management initiatives
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships ensuring that all staff follow up both prospective and current customers
- Review, report and evaluate the activities of the sales staff according to objectives, KPIs and overall sales strategies using salesforce dashboard tools and general observations.
- Regular review of dealership advertising to ensure stock presents well online, is described factually and in the most optimized way
- Set the tone and standard for all sales communications (written and verbal), ensuring the team provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times.
- Ensure all customer complaints are effectively managed with care and consideration and escalated to the Dealer Principal where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with relevant department managers including service, parts, finance and administration

- Demonstrated experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager
- Experience in building sales and achieving targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills/deal-closer
- Process driven with exceptional organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium customer service
- Genuine interest and ability to develop, coach and mentor a high-performing team that can deliver outstanding levels of customer service aligned to our brand
- Pentana experience is preferred but not a necessity
