What you’ll do
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs across our network. You will assist with coordinating trainers, managing schedules, supporting students, and working closely with club partners to deliver high-quality training experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Coordination & Scheduling including delivery
- Venue & Club Partner Engagement
- Bookings & Logistics
- Training Resources & Materials
- Student Setup & Communication
- Student Support & Progression
- Traineeships & Funded Programs Support
- RTO Administration Support
- Support with Compliance activities and continuous improvement
- Assist with data management and reporting
- Online Learning Support & Administration
- General Administration & Coordination
Our Ideal Candidate
Must-Have:
- Knowledge of RTO Standards and the VET Quality Framework
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
- Experience using LMS (Cloud assess and Vettrack desirable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience within ASQA Audits and internal Quality Assurance activities
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Key Traits:
- Detail-orientated
- Tech-Savy
- Strong Communicator
- You genuinely care about students
