About the Opportunity:
As a Trainee Sales Customer Service Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of our dealership, supporting customers with vehicle enquiries, providing product information, and helping deliver exceptional showroom experiences. You’ll stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions so you can communicate clearly and confidently with customers. The successful candidate will be trained in the below:
- Build a strong understanding of our products and key competitors
- Carry out customer follow‑up and maintain accurate databases
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions
- Welcome customers into the dealership and support their enquiries
- Uphold dealership standards and brand presentation
About you:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- A positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Confident communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
- A current driver license
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
