About the opportunity:
This role will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
The successful candidate will undertake the below:
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals
- Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers
About you:
Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
- No previous experience in sales is required (we will train you)
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
- A self-motivated team player who’s ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way
