This is a rare opportunity to join a high-quality manufacturing environment as a Production Operator Trainee, where you’ll earn while you learn and complete a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing.

No experience is required — full training is provided. We’re looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and ready to start a long-term career in manufacturing.

About the Role

As a Trainee Production Operator, you’ll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You’ll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members every step of the way.

Responsibilities or duties

You’ll gain experience in:

• Packaging products
• Operating production machinery
• Assisting with setting up, cleaning, and maintaining equipment
• Completing quality checks and documentation
• Following safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, routine, and being part of a structured team.

Both day and afternoon shifts are available.
