JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview
B&J Catalano is seeking Trainee Plant Operators to join our Perth-based operations. This is a hands-on role that includes both machine operation and general site work, with full training and support provided.

Role Expectations
Assist with general site duties including labouring and housekeeping
Perform basic machine checks, cleaning, and maintenance
Operate machines under supervision as skills develop
Support loading, stockpiling, crushing and site operations
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Licenses & Requirements
Current C Class Driver’s Licence
White Card / Blue Card
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and commitment to safety
Previous exposure to civil or mining environments (Desirable, not essential)
Interest in operating heavy machinery (Desirable, not essential)
