About The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Business Manager to join our team. As a Trainee Business Manager, you will be helping customers with finance applications, settlements, and enquiries while delivering exceptional service in a fast paced, team focused environment
In this role you will:
- Support customers with finance enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Prepare and submit new finance applications accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with financiers to maintain up to date product knowledge and ensure all necessary accreditations are current
- Assist with the settlement process for new and used vehicle purchases
- Maintain regular contact with prospective customers to build relationships and develop new sales opportunities
- Demonstrate and sell a range of aftermarket products, including window tinting and paint protection
- Clearly explain warranty options and outline the benefits to customers
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous automotive finance or sales experience is desirable, but not essential
- Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to assist the sales team with closing and negotiating deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strict adherence to regulatory and business parter compliance requirements
- Proficient with computer and relevant software
- Current Australian drivers licence
