About The Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Business Manager to join our team. As a Trainee Business Manager, you will be helping customers with finance applications, settlements, and enquiries while delivering exceptional service in a fast paced, team focused environment

In this role you will:

  • Support customers with finance enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Prepare and submit new finance applications accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with financiers to maintain up to date product knowledge and ensure all necessary accreditations are current
  • Assist with the settlement process for new and used vehicle purchases
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective customers to build relationships and develop new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate and sell a range of aftermarket products, including window tinting and paint protection
  • Clearly explain warranty options and outline the benefits to customers

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous automotive finance or sales experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to assist the sales team with closing and negotiating deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strict adherence to regulatory and business parter compliance requirements
  • Proficient with computer and relevant software
  • Current Australian drivers licence
